What can you use on your EzGIFT eGift card? 🎁

Our EzGift card can be used to buy any products, including plushies, snack boxes, stickers, and other unique gifts for you or your loved ones! 😍

How do we receive my EzGIFT eGift Card?

You will receive two separate emails: one with your eGift card and another with your invoice. These emails will be sent automatically after you complete your purchase. Please allow a few minutes for the eGift card to be delivered to your inbox.

I didn't get any email on my EzGIFT eGift Card?

Make sure to check your spam or junk folder in case the email was mistakenly filtered there.

For customers who pay via Internet Banking, please note that it may take a few hours or up to the next business day (if payment is made after 6:30 PM) for us to process and approve your payment. Once approved, your EzGIFT eGift Card will be sent to you! 😊

Do I have to pay extra charge or shipping fees on EzGIFT's eGift Cards?

Nope! Our eGift Cards are completely free from extra charges. You only need to pay the price of the Gift Card since it is a digital product, meaning no shipping fees apply! :D

Do you sell EzGIFT's physical gift card?

Unfortunately, no. We only offer digital eGift Cards that are sent directly to your email or your recipient's email as a gift!

Can I send a EzGIFT eGift Card to someone special?

Yes, you can! Simply tick the box labeled "I want to send this as a gift" during checkout. You will need to provide the recipient's email address, and you can also include a special message for your loved one. The eGift card will be sent directly to their email.

Alternatively, you can purchase an EzGIFT eGift Card for yourself, take a screenshot of the card details, and share it with your loved one.

Where do I put my EzGIFT eGift Card code to apply my discount for my purchase?

You can enter your EzGIFT eGift Card code at the checkout page. Look for the “Discount code” box, where you can input your 12-digit code to apply the discount.

  • On your smartphone: You can find the Discount code box under the Order Summary section at the bottom of the checkout page.

  • On your computer: The Discount code box will be located on the right-hand side of the screen, next to the contact and delivery section.
