What type of products do we sell?

We sell a variety of cute and thoughtful gifts featuring adorable illustrations and designs. Our products include plushies, pencil cases, tote bags, multi-purpose bags, wallets, stickers, gift snack boxes, sweet boxes, and other charming accessories! 😊

Do we restock sold-out items?

Yes, we do restock sold-out items. However, it may take up to a month to replenish these products due to longer delivery times from our suppliers.

Please note, we do not restock limited-edition products or items that are exclusive to seasonal events and special occasions.

Do we offer gift wrapping service?

Yes, we do!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most debit and credit cards, including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

Will I receive a confirmation email after placing an order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is completed. Additionally, we will keep you updated with another email when your order has been shipped.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after your refund request has been approved.

If you haven't received your refund after 7 working days, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Can I return an item I don't like?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items you simply don’t like, especially if they have been shipped over a long distance.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest and receive your invoice via email!

However, creating an account is recommended for the best experience. With an account, you can:

  • View past orders.
  • Easily track and manage your orders in case of any issues.

Signing up ensures a smoother shopping experience.

Can I combine multiple discounts or promo codes?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow combining multiple discounts or promo codes due to system limitations. However, you can still enjoy a single discount or promo code per purchase. 😊

How do I access and use the wishlist on your website?

To use the Wishlist feature, simply sign up for an account. This allows you to save and organize your favourite products for easy access later.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! We offer $10, $25, $50 and $100 gift cards for our customers.
