Where can EzGIFT ship your products to?

EzGIFT ship across New Zealand including North Island and South Island.

How long does shipping your products take?

STANDARD DELIVERY - NORTH ISLAND. [2-4 business days]

STANDARD DELIVERY - SOUTH ISLAND. [3-5 business days]

AUCKLAND EXPRESS. [Next day] Include weekends & Public holiday.

Why the shipping to the South Island expensive?

Our business mainly operates in Auckland. All packages delivered to the South Island need to travel by airplane, and couriers must handle transport across both islands. This requires extra labor from the courier service we use.

Because of this, shipping costs are higher. It may be best to explore other local businesses that offer similar services within the South Island.

Why don't I see tracking information?

Please use enter your tracking number here to see the full tracking information for your order.

Please note that it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking to be updated and displayed from the order date.

[AUCKLAND CENTRAL ONLY] Your product will be deliver by a local driver and will be email to you when the product has been dispatched to a local driver.

Contact us if you haven't received your tracking number after 2 business working day.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

Please contact us immediately if your products haven't arrived ontime and haven't shown up after a few days after the estimated delivery time.

If the product does not arrive after 21 days from the order date. We will issue a refund under our refund policy.

How can I cancel my order?

Immediately contact us if you want to cancel your order before we issue a tracking number that will be ship within 24 hours.

If your product has already been shipping out to our local post office with a tracking number, sorry we can't do anything about it.

Change of mind

You can only change your products to other products we offer that have the same price value.
